We have published
this case because we were quite simply appalled in the knowledge that
this could happen to anyone - all because of the British Governments
ignorance.
We have also published this case to inform workers of MFI Furniture Ltd
of the fact their company supports bullying - carried out by managers
& supervisors, the people who are supposed to support &
encourage their workers, not bully them..
Ray Jones is a very talented man - his CV contains the following:

He
builds & programs computers - he can troubleshoot any windows
operating system, 93, 95, 98, 2000, ME & XP Pro

He
designs & builds websites, he also buys & sells domain
names

 |
He
has 2 radio electronics certificates & a special Government License
which allows him to use an amateur radio (like a CB but you can
listen to shuttle pilots, the navy, the police etc or talk to
anyone in the world)

He
has helped to Cast, Produce, Direct & Edit several films &
pop videos, several were done in Slovenia & Croatia, just
after the Yugoslavian War

He
plays the guitar, keyboard & drums, he is also part of a band
which is rather famous online & thus, worldwide..

Ray
is also fully trained in Security, he has been a Supervisor for 2
different companies where he was in charge of more than 50 guards
- not like Billy Taylor who couldn't cope with 4.. Ray has worked
in 4 A&E Departments in which he had to deal with violent
patients intoxicated by either drugs or alcohol - he also had to
hold down mental health patients who had become violent whilst
doctors administered medication - Ray has worked in every aspect
of security, unlike Billy Taylor who has been in the same job for
17 years |
Billy Taylor's motive for
bullying is simple - he is an incompetent fool & anyone who sees
through his mask becomes his target - he can't change because he has a
mental health illness; He should not be in charge of anything but here
is MFI & the HSE telling us that Billy will get more training - Ray
only got 3 days training & he got on with his job, Billy has been
there for 17 years yet he needs to be trained up - didn't the company
say that Ray didn't know his job description? What about Billy Taylor??
Shame on the HSE for allowing this man to continue being a supervisor
who is also in charge of health & safety.
Billy Taylor is currently building a case against Ray, probably because
he feels we are assassinating his character - sorry Billy, you did that
all by yourself. You thought you were this big powerful man, but you're
not - your pathetic & we will carry on this campaign on Ray's behalf
until you are sacked.
Ray has been diagnosed with Anxiety & Agro-phobia (cannot go
outdoors) - all because of
you; Ray's psychologist has said that his current state could last indefinitely
- you are named in Ray's medical records as the cause of his ill
health..
The thing Ray fears the most is finding a new job - every application
form he has looked at asks for the name of his last supervisor whom they
want to contact - if they speak to Billy Taylor, he will continue his
personal vendetta against Ray & slander his name to the new company
- Ray has seen Billy do it to the guard he replaced, the guard who was
bullied & sacked by Billy Taylor, the Guard who asked Jim Turner for
help but was ignored. He didn't get the job because Billy told them that
the guard had a bad attitude & he wouldn't employ him again - this
is illegal, but it doesn't stop Billy Taylor who thinks he is above the
law.
Ray's psychologist has told Ray not to worry because people who can't
work through ill health are supported on benefits - Ray does not want to
be on benefits for the rest of his life - he can't understand how a
pathetic little man like Billy Taylor could make him so ill he can't
face going outdoors or being in a crowded place.
If Ray never works again because of what he was put through by MFI, the
courts would have awarded him his lost earnings from now till retirement
is half a million pound, but Ray cannot sue for the following reasons:

He
did not have 12 months continuous employment with MFI which means
he is not recognised by the courts

Complaints
about bullying can only be heard at a Tribunal but again, they
will not recognise a worker with less than 12 months employment
|

No
solicitor will take a case on unless the worker has 12 months
continuous employment because their insurance company's won't
insure for a no win no fee case - this is true even when the
worker is complaining about serious breaches of UK law. |
Most of
the UK workforce are temporary workers who can be dismissed from their
job for any reason without the company facing consequences - how has
this been allowed to go on for so long, it is appallingly ridiculous.
Ray Jones may never work again, all because he tried to complain about
his incompetent supervisor who is now going to cost MFI Furniture Ltd
their reputation, had they listened to Ray & sacked Billy Taylor,
none of this would have happened.
We will only stop this campaign when MFI listen to & accept our
terms - which they can e-mail
us for.
A message for the Transport & General Workers Union - Ray
wants his money back, you were useless & incompetent - the money
would come in very handy to him now so that he can buy his 5 kids Christmas
presents, which isn't easy when you only get £90 a fortnight..
Finally, we'd like to thank everyone for their support & encouragement
over the past few months, especially the members of the ISTC
Union.
